2026 FLYER POLICY

AT A GLANCE

At ITLF, we’ve learned that what truly supports our community is giving everyone the clarity and time they need to plan ahead. For that reason, we’re focusing less on producing frequent artwork and more on creating thoughtful, timely event information that helps you make the most of your nights with us.

The artwork we do create will highlight the heart of our culture — our in-house brands, our residents, and the DJs who help shape our sound and identity. And if you’re here with us, that means you’re already part of that creative family.

POLICY

  • Your event will go live on DICE as soon as it’s booked, or up to two months in advance so our community has plenty of time to plan ahead.

  • You’ll receive your final flyer by the first day of the month prior to your event date or sooner, ensuring everything is aligned and ready to share. Please have your final lineups prepared before this date to ensure smooth comms!

  • From there on, any updates or refinements will be thoughtfully managed by our team to maintain consistency with our brand and event experience. Any updates to lineups past the first day of the month of your event date will be made at the discretion of our booking team.

IN-HOUSE FLYERS & TEMPLATES

If you’re interested in developing custom templates, branding, or working new creative ideas, we’d love to collaborate. Reach out to schedule a project date, and come work side-by-side with our multidisciplinary team to bring your vision — whether it’s an event, a logo, a concept, or a full brand — to life. Art Department availability is first come first serve, please email juancarlos@nomada-us.com (CC: dante@nomada-us.com) to set something up.

DJ PROVIDED FLYERS

We’re always happy to consider artist-provided flyers. We simply ask that they reflect the spirit of our community — thoughtful, welcoming, and safe — and that they align with our creative guidelines, including our AI use policy outlined below. To help us plan and promote your event smoothly, please submit your flyer at least four weeks before your event date. Submissions that arrive later than that will be reviewed at the discretion of our booking team.

GENERAL TEMPLATE GUIDELINES

To help alleviate our production process, and to conserve time and effort for more intentional practices, we’re producing templates for our general production nights. The anatomy of a template is as follows:

  • 1080×1350 at 100 dpi help us maintain quality and conserve data for multiple media streams. As a note, important content is composed within the central 1080×1080 so the image will work seamlessly with our ticketing platform.

  • If you’d like specific photos or images you’d like to use for your nights, or if you’d like to share an online drive with your selects, please email juancarlos@nomada-us.com and CC dante@nomada-us.com with the subject line: “[Name] [Stage Name] [Graphic Assets]”

  • flyers templates are generally created when booked and will be made available through email and our ticketing platform. Revisions and custom flyers are uploaded at the discretion of the Nomada publishing team

BRAND

Here you’ll find all of our brand assets from common logos to typefaces and vibe keywords.

  • Please feel free to re-hash, re-do, re-vitalize, destroy, tape back together, whatever you want with our logos. We simply ask that you refrain from using our logos to create potentially harmful content.

  • Typewriter: TT20 by Fredrick Brennan

Default font: National Park by Andrea Herstowski, Ben Hoepner, Jeremy Shellhorn

  • Reading us should be like having a conversation with a warm and intentional friend who’se also inviting you to have the time of your life.

AI POLICY

Generally speaking, work from the ITLF Art Department is done by human hands and human minds, though we do not completely refute the use of algorithmic production models. As researchers and experimenters ourselves, we are constantly assessing our relationship to these types of processes and are more than happy to include our circle of creatives in the discussion! Here are a few of our key points:

  • AI Tools are used internally by creative and administrative teams to explore ideas, automate processes, and in some cases help ideate during very early stages of creative development.

  • All final assets that we produce and publish are created from scratch by human artists and writers unless otherwise noted. Though we do not enforce this in our community, we kindly ask that you help us continue to prioritize human work and experiences when publishing content.

  • We are not looking to trim down teams or replace people with AI and we actively look to work with and hire more artists and creatives.

  • We are public and intentional about our use of algorithmic processes, even in the face of controversy. If you have any questions or concerns, or would like further dialogue, please email juancarlos@nomada-us.com
